surround suggestions to mate w/ Kappa 7.1 series ii's

I am starting to design my HT room. It will be a dedicated music/media room no windows, it is carpeted and measures 19x15 with a 9 ft ceiling. I already have Kappa 7.1 series ii's for L/R and a CS video for center. I will be most likely powering this system with an Emotiva MPS-1 or equivalent amp (somewhere in the realm of 150-200 watts RMS).
I was hoping to get some suggestions for surround and back surround speakers. A "typical" speaker enclosure is OK, no need for in-walls. Possibly a bipole or dipole design speaker. I listen to mostly jazz and classic rock and a variety of movies. I am planning to keep the Infinity's for a while; they have served me well and show no signs of wear.
These Kappa 7.1's have a freq. resp. of 35Hz-39KHz (+/-2 db), a sensitivity of 89db and a nominal Imp. of 8 ohms. They each have an Emit-R tweeter, a Polydome midrange and a 10" IMG woofer.

Thank you in advance!

If you'd like to stick w/ Infinity the Beta 10/20/ES250s should work well.

Thank you AVRat. I should have also stated that I have a budget of $1,600 for all 4 ($400 ea) and that I am not specific to any certain manufacturer. I will put the Beta's on my list as they are well within my budget. Thanks.

Since you're already considering Def Techs, the BP2/SM350/SM450 would be nice. I'd also consider options from Energy, PSB, RBH, Polk, Paradigm, Axiom, KEF, Boston, etc. to name a few with multi-polar options.
