Well to answer your first question, yes Paradigm does make many in-wall/ceiling speakers. Just visit their website to see the full line up of those products. Now as for matching the surrounds to your current LCR speakers that is not of most critical necessity unless you listen to a lot of multi-channel music--the likes of SACD and DVD-A. For the sake of mostly home-theater use, timbre matching on the surround channels with your mains will be utterly indistinguishable from the front channels. So, you can look to other brand of in-wall/surround speakers as well if you must....
As for the set-up being in the ceiling as opposed to in-wall, everyones needs and ideal are different depending on application and usage. Realistically, yes it would be great to have the surrounds at some level close to the ear but then again if your room doesn't allow it, thats not the end of the world....I know there are some forum members here that have their surrounds ceiling-mounted with satisfactory results....
