Subwoofer calibration

I am calibrating my speakers after doing some reading here.
On my Integra 6.5 receiver I do not get white noise out of the subwoofer. How do I calibrate it?

I have a Radio Shack meter set for 75 dB weighting is C and Slow response. ( per the Integra manual)

Do I calibrate per the receiver, or should these speakers be set to something else for optimal performance?

B & W speakers:
Center lcr 603
Surround Dm 602
Main dm 603

Thanks!

Do you have subwoofer enabled to yes? Have you ever had this hooked up and working previously?

Yes and yes. It is working now, I just wanted to calibrate the system with a meter to optimize the performance.

Assuming you get white noise from the speakers?
