I watched the YouTube review on the Fluance RT85 turntable with great interest as I also have the RT85. One thing that is rarely mentioned when it comes to turntables is a subsonic filter such as a KAB. If your receiver, preamp or integrated amp does not have a subsonic filter incorporated into it, a external filter is a must to ease the set up of any record player. Someone who did not grow up with vinyl records may not be aware of this and become very distressed with the irritating rumble coming from their speakers. Just bringing this up to make sure those that are new to hobby do not become discouraged and loose enthusiasm because a vinyl can sound very good.
