Hello All,

What would be a good recommendation for a HT/Gaming sub. I know I have been looking at SVS (PB12) and HSU (VTF-3 MK3). Would there be any benefits of choosing one over the other or are there other subs out there in the same price range that will give me the same bang for the buck. Thanks in advance.

Paradigm. some of the best value for the money.. have you looked at any of these?

Hey SP, I have not. I will check them out. How would you compare them to HSU & SVS quality wise?

What's the budget and how big is the room?

Hey RN, the room size is 15 x 13 and the budget is around $800. However, I may be moving soon so the size of the room may change.

For that budget and room size, I would go with a Outlaw Audio LFM-1 EX or a Hsu VTF3 mk3. If you are moving to a bigger room in the future, I would get a Elemental Designs A5-350.

At the $800 mark, I'd look at the Epik Sentinel if the focus is HT/Gaming. The Epik Vanquish also is good, but geared more towards music as are Rythmik Audio subs. The subs ShadyJ mentions are also excellent.
