They sound very good. :D

I see you currently have the Monitor 11 in your setup. Why not get your local dealer to set up an in home demo so you can compare them directly in your setup. That would be the best way to figure out if they are worth the $$.

I just bought the Studio 60 v5 and when I heard them in the store I thought they sounded really good. I was so amazed by how good they sounded that I had made up my mind at that time that they were the ones I was going to buy. I just got them setup at home and they sound good but it doesn't sound quite as good as what I heard in the store. That could be because I still need to break them in though.

I had the Monitor 11's/390 V6 for about two months but I returned them for the Studio 60's/690 V5. I am very happy that I did.

I find that the soundstage from the Studio's were better, not as bright as the 11's. The footprint of the 60's are smaller to that of the 11's which I liked as well as their solid build quality. In terms of looks (grills off when guests come over :D) the Studio line is one of the nicest looking speakers I have ever seen in this price bracket. My opinion only of course.

The biggest difference however in sound quality was from the cc390 to the cc690. It was night and day for me when watching movies. Even my wife mentioned that she could hear the difference between the two.

Good luck!
