Yeah but building a city where it's a known water issue elevates the whole thing a notch or so....or like California we can build nuclear plants on fault lines to keep the investment minimal :) True-dat, dawg! That’s sort of like compounding interest in the currency of disaster… or perhaps they thought the earth would just swallow the plant whole and there wouldn’t be a nuclear emergency to deal with?
