I ended up going with a Roku Stick. It does what I need it to do as far as streaming Pandora to the main room.
I haven't played with it much but it looks like at least Netflix and Vudo is just in stereo vs SS and since my AVR won't do HDMI to 2nd and 3rd zones, I still have to use the analog set up for the bedroom and pool.
I think for a $49 solution, it is just fine.
