Well, the last thing you mentioned before that were the Axiom M3s and they are rear ported. I haven't heard the LMs, so can't comment on them.
oh ok well thanks anyway. I have emailed B&W for a reply.I may end up placing speakers on stands but they would be firing along the shorter axis of the intended room which is about 12.5x 10.5 ft

lucky!

KEF iQ series do a good job, great imaging too.
Not really as it doesnt mean I can get them cheaper. One cant buy direct from factories in the UK:(
I like Kefs and have some Q55 and 85c in my AV room. If I cant buy my first option Norh I shall go for the iQs
Thanks:)

SVS is strictly speaking not average for music...I thought it was rather good - specially with the sub.....

With a decent amp, it is very acceptable - but not to the standards of most audiophiles. It's not a fair comparison....

Have a read of the review here at audioholics....I doubt it would disappoint unless your standards were very high...

Good luck...so little time, so much to choose from....

Well I ended up buying a pair of Majestic Diamonds single driver speakers which are easy to place.Excellent midrange a top end which isnt harsh . Bass is lacking somewhat but I hope to address that when I buy the Magellan VI passive sub and TBI 200 SUB amp- at $1250:eek: it'll have to wait till next year.

My Sonic Impact super T has not arrived yet. I ordered it via Ebay a week ago and was told shipping could take between 4 and 17 days which seems an odd timespan:confused:
