Hi!

My sister want to put one of her system audio speaker at a corner of a room but she need a 28 feets cable ( Stripped speaker cables ) but the other one speaker have only 14 feet long ( i think ) so the speakers didn't have the same length.

is that situation are going to affect the sound?
is the 28 feet cable speaker is going to have a sound delay?

No delay and no problems.
Well the delay is about 15 nanoseconds, but that's about as close to zero as you can get.

No issue if you are using the right size for the longest run. See chart in the linked article.
