You dont have to get new speakers if you were going to put them in some sort of box, But if you did want to put them in the wall or ceiling I would reccomend something else.

Cant really make reccomendations on amps because I dont know whats available where your located. Even something like one of those little minisystems would probably drive those speakers to levels more than enough for a bathroom, considering they arent usually very big and are extremely reflective rooms. 10-20 watts should be more than enough.

If you went the route of getting a little executive desktop system or something you could just use those speakers too and you wouldnt have to build a box.

I'm renovating my master bathroom, and looking for an amp/receiver with, ideally, both FM and input for iPod (nonBluetooth) that can drive 4 speakers - 2 in shower and 2 at "wife's end" of the bathroom. I've seen what Kohler has . . . easily concealed amp, but no FM . . .Kohler shower speakers are pricey. Also saw KBSound but only drives 2 speakers. Any other thoughts?

I'd honestly not put speakers in a shower. You could put a simple setup on the other end I suppose, but I don't want any electrical wiring near the place where I drench with water. Bad things can happen.
