On the back of your Pioneer receiver, there is an RCA plug labelled "Pre-out Subwoofer". You would run a regular RCA cable from that plug to the "Left/Mono" RCA input plug on the back of the SVSound subwoofer.
That's it!
As for running additional speakers in a different room.
Read your Pioneer receiver's manual and look for the section on "Zone 2". As far as I know, you have the option to use the "surround back" speaker outputs to drive two additional speakers in a completely separate room as "Zone 2". There is no set up with that receiver to drive 4 additional speakers independently, but if you use very efficient speakers, you might be able to wire two speakers to each "Zone 2" output. This is not something that is normally advisable, however. If you wire two speakers to one output in parallel (ie. two sets of speaker cables coming from the speaker terminals on the back of the receiver), you will end up cutting the impedance in half (ie. 8 ohm nominal to 4 ohm nominal). Most speakers already dip down to around 4 ohms at some frequencies, so with two speakers wired in parallel, you would have dips down to 2 ohms or possibly even lower! This is not something that most receivers can handle safely, so it is probably not a good idea to wire the two speakers in parallel, even if they are high impedance and highly efficient.
If you run two speakers in series (ie. "daisy-chain"), you will double the impedance (ie. 8 ohms to 16 ohms). Most receivers will be able to power such a setup safely, but you will just have rather quiet output is all. If all you need is ambient music during a house party, this might be ok.
