Next was a 20 minute trip to listen to the Wilson Watts. I was actually blown away buy the sheer volume and clarity of the Wilsons. They were freaking amazing to say the least. I listen to everything from metal to classical to reggae and funk. I listened to some organ stuff and female vocals with piano. EVERYTHING sounded amazing on these stunners. I am seriously considering buying those. I am going to listen to a few of Salks products in the nest week or so but for now the Wilsons are front runners.......stay tuned peeps....
I won't say anything about the B&W guy that has not already been said. Tool.

That is cool about the Wilsons. I've always wondered if they lived up the the hype and their price tag. Stereopile loves them but for me they have a price/love ratio that is direct relationship. The more is costs the more they like it. How big are they and what color? I've seen pics of them in Ferrari red. Ohh.:D

They are grey blue like. Not very big tall wise but thick. They sounded amazing for sure but the more I think about it I really don't want to haul them around as they weigh like 130lbs each or something like that...I wanna hear the Salk HT-3 pretty bad now.......

Ok I am going to look at these tonight in a few.. http://losangeles.craigslist.org/sfv/ele/1222557906.html
I dont know anything about them but I am going to find out....I really think I will buy Matts speakers though as I KNOW that Chris will do an amazing job on them..........stay tuned
I defiantly think that you are in the right track here! The entry price for this option is very reasonable IMO, but you’ll have to wait for them to be finished. Do you have a time table for completion if you go this route?
