hi everyone, I have a rectanular room 14 feet long 9 feet wide 9 feet height, my speakers are Triangle Quartet 92 db three way loudspeakers . I used to have them at the short wall firing at the length of the room but al ot of room reflections affected the overall stereo image so now I moved them on thelong wall. The seating position now is too close to the speakerts and the rear wall but the stereo image got much better. The problem now is that there are reflection from the front wall behind the speakers and the rear wall behind the seating position .How could I fix these issues?

Hi,

When you clap your hands in the room, is there an echo?

Your bare walls are an issue. I would take inexpensive towels, and layer them in a frame and staple them to the frame. Cover the frame with something attractive, art, or just a fabric that looks nice, etc, staple that down too. Hang these over your first reflection points. 2 inches thick should do it. For behind your speakers, do the same thing, but with 4 inch thick worth of towels.

Very best,
