Sup! I was just looking at buying a 5.1 speaker package with about $1,600 AUS and have no idea which speakers would do what I needed. I am a hardcore MUSIC enthusiast and need some speakers that will match my Yamaha RX-V863 receiver. I had only a few models in mind and needed some consent on the technical side of these speakers, Accusound Theta 100/300, Jamo 506, Jamo 606 ( dont know the difference between the two and this i my main problem) and the Klipsch Synergy-1 which the floorstanding speakers only consist of 1 Woofer cone driver and the usual 1 tweeter and only run at 8ohm impedance... I think
So anyway some major help with these would be much appreciated and please feel free to throw in some other great brands if my budget can afford it although I can always scab a couple of hundred extra for the old folks lol.
