I have a jvc rx-d402b and use fluance speakers (5.1 - 3 front, two back & subwoofer). My problem is that my center speaker is echoing. This is true even when I turn off the other speakers. Its like sitting in a tunnel. I have messed with the settings but I can't seem to get it stopped. This is a recent development (somebody has been pushing buttons), and I obviously am clueless.

Any thought are gratefully accepted - thank you............

It sounds as if there has been grossly excessive delay set on the center channel.

Welcome to the forum!

Perhaps one of the DSP modes (e.g. "Pavilion") was activated. I'd say check that. Turning those modes on and off is covered on page 37 of your owner's manual. If you're still having issues, let us know. We should be able to help you troubleshoot this.
