Sound Insulation Question

I'm sure this has been discussed previously, but I did not find the thread. I am looking for recommendations for sound insulation for a basement HT build and where is the best place to get it. Thanks for any help you can offer!

Isolation is probably the best bet. a CLD and fiber combo works great too, but not as good as isolation. I'd honestly just use the blow in method and insulate my walls except first reflection points. and diffusing areas where I'd build the shelves.
