Blah Blah Blah. Sounds like marketing hogwash at this point. I will need to see it in action.

For now I will take an infinite contrast ratio and no need for special processing of the refresh rate with a Pioneer plasma. Infinite is still better than 1,000,000 to one

Is that the difference between the display measured in the middle of the desert at noon time vs. buried at the bottom of a 4,000 foot coal mine with all of the lights turned off?

240 ??? I dont think it will make much of a difference... 120 upgrade was marginal. I cant imagine how cartoonie 240 mode would look.

Not all 120 hz. sets have that fake look to them, I know mine doesn't. But I think the reason for the faster refresh rates is to reduce motion blur.
