To everyone that has helped me in this thread~~~THANK YOU!! I do appreciate this site. I got so much good advice. With that said the issue was the Sub out on my rcv'r...So I bought a Pioneer VSX918 and that thing was a huge upgrade for me in the looks and it brought me the loudness I wanted. And my Sony sub works great!!!!
