got this receiver about a week ago and love it but i cant seem to get the subwoofer channel to work. i turn up the subwoofer level to +10 but when i plug in the subwofer, no sound comes out. the sub output is rca so i just took an old rca cable and wired it to my sub but id doesn't work. any ideas why and how i could fix it?
