Sony ES SCD-C2000ES...any feedback?

I can get a new Sony ES SCD-C2000ES locally for $299 and am wondering if anyone here has any working knowledge of this unit (good or bad opinions).

I want this unit mostly to have a good quality changer...and it comes with a 5 year warranty. Thanks for any input!

Word is, it's similar, if not nearly identical internally to the 222ES. To me, that means it's going to be a good player and that would be a very good price too, since the 222 was originally $750. The 222 is good with redbook and very good with SACD.

Thanks for the reply! I have time to decide and look around, but I thought this was basically a very good deal. It is not on sale...just the price my dealer will give me. He has been very good to me.

Many have said the Denon 2900 is an excellent SACD player, but comparing it to the 222, the 222 is still better with SACD to my ears. I'd say go for it at that price. There was a recent discussion on SACD changers on another forum and the guy ended up with the 2000ES as his prime candidate.
