Some more Audyssey help/interpretation please

To be certain you understand what people are suggesting, it is that you limit Audyssey to frequencies below 300Hz (or below 500Hz).
This way you are allowing it to primarily address room effects
Thank you. Yes, I understand. Throughout my various testing I did give that a try and don't recall noticing much of a difference, but I am going to go back and try it again.

Most people seen to prefer
Audyssey Dynamic Volume (which compresses dynamic range so loud is less loud and quiet is less quiet - not a bad thing in a car where you have road noise to compete with) turned off, and
Audyssey Dynamic EQ (which adjusts EQ as volume level is turned down to compensate for the way our perception of bass drops off faster than mid-range, essentially a loudness compensation EQ) turned on. I mention this because for many, this is a big improvement since we usually don't listen at performance levels (where there would be no need for compensation - Dynamic EQ does not apply EQ if you are listening at reference volume). Definitely give this a shot and see!
