Some Advice for my Totems

I just moved into a new apartment and the layout is very awkward. I had to put my tv against the wall where the entrance to the apartment is.

The speaker stand for my Mite is about 15" from the door which makes me very nervous when people walk in.

Does anyone have advice as far as wall mounts for it? Maybe a shelf on the wall? What do you think?

Post a picture, I'm having a hard time picturing the room.

I can do that in a few hours, at work now.

I basically want to get rid of the stands and am not sure if the Totem Mite is able to be mounted to a wall..if they are, what mount would you suggest?

I also saw that Omnimount makes nice looking glass speaker shelves, do you have any input on those?

It looks like the speakers are rear ported? And from a picture I saw I didn't see anything on the back that looked like it would be for mounting.

You might want to get the measurements of the shelf you're looking at, and put the Totems on a table next to the wall and space them from the wall similar to how much space you would have on the shelf, and give them a listen.
I'm not sure how much the proximity to the wall will affect their sound. You might want to test it first before buying anything. I have some rear ported bookshelves wall mounted, they're just surrounds, but they seem fine to me. YMMV...

Call Totem, they are always happy to help with such issues.

The unit from Stands&Mounts looks like it would work but it might not look the best. Currently are the Mites attached to your stands some how? Can you bottom weight your stands to make them more stable?

Well my floor is cement and it freaks me out if it were to tip over. I can't drill or anything like that. I'd just feel more comfortable if it were on the wall out of the way.
