Take it easy Ashley. No need to get all fired up. Just hang the phone-up.

You’ve got to be kidding:(. I mean how are these buggers getting my phone number? Probably though my (easy card) I don’t find it funny its not like I’m losing my marbles, but for the elderly there the ones that are most vulnerable to falling into this telephone spam.

I’ve been cool:cool: up to now with the last three or so telephone spam calls, next time the gloves are off.

Ashley,

It's not the womens fault, it's just her job.

How do I know she isn’t in on it hmm? Or maybe she was the same cleaver spammer who phoned me a few weeks back with the phoney Indian voice, who was trying to flog me a credit card. I’m not interested in having a credit card at all.

caller-id and voice mail is your friend. I screen pretty much everything. Even people I know. I hate talking on the phone.

I don’t mind talking on the phone as long as the item in question is legitimate ;) and not some sodden little spamming git trying to suck you’re bank account dry.:(

Sheese you act like this is something new.

Telemarketing has been around longer than spam (the email type) anyway. I think it was the mid 80's when I received my first telemarketing call. I didn't get on the net until like 1991 or 92 and personally did not see much spam until the mid 90's.

Besides how is this different then the spam in your sig line?
