Dirac will also time-align both subs, without DLBC. You can run Dirac on one slot and AccuEQ on another (3 slots total).

Yes. They both get the same signal (whatever's below the XO frequency + the LFE channel), just with individual delays to align to the listening position. The whole point of running multiple subs is to even out the in-room bass response by using the 2nd sub to fill in nulls created by the 1st and visa-versa.
