I went to Lowes, and found what I thought was perfect for that purpose. My sub is also plugged into a separate outlet. I tried to find a link to it, but it apparently wasnt listed.

Go to Lowes or Home Depot, and you'll probably find something that will work just fine for your needs.

Monster makes one for about fifty bucks. They sell them at CC and BB.
