Size of Center Channel

Alright so I am getting ready to setup my home theater and I am trying to determine what size center channel I shoudl get. I want to have all 3 front speakers the same, as it seems that it would be best. i am tryign to narrow it down between the NTIW26 and the NTIW28 from The Speaker company. It was recommended to me that the 6in was the minimum I should get, and that the 8 in would be even better. However Nick over at TSC recommends the NTIW6 for the center with the NTIW8 as the front L and R. So the big question is will there be much of a difference between a setup with:

a) 3 NTIW6 across the front
b) 3 NTIW8 across the front
c) NTIW6 center with NTIW8 L and R.

Thanks,

Drew

Personally, I would go with the same all around. A 6.5” driver usually is more articulate in the mid-range and responds a little faster to transients. Cross over to a good sub & you should be all set.
