C CitronBull Junior Audioholic Nov 2, 2004 51 0 8 Sep 2, 2005 #6 The surrounds are 6.5 feet high. IMO they are just the right height. As far as the neighbors, it helps when your friends live right below you. I really don't crank it up after 9 pm.
