Planning permission is an absolute joke in the UK - one of my friends dads had a former storage building at the back of his garden converted into bedrooms and a clubhouse style thing with miniture personal bar etc and because the storage building had been used when his house used to be a bakers, he had to wait 6 months just to get permission to change the use of the building from commercial to residential.

In some councils you even have to get it if you want to put a large shed or outbuilding in your garden.

Speakers: Axiom M22 V2
Receiver: Harman Kardon HK 3390 Stereo Receiver

I'll keep looking to see what blu ray player I get to pair with these. Let me know if anyone has any suggestions.

I've decided to delay my housing plans in the UK for the time being, so I don't blow my stereo budget.
