Does anyone have any experience with this conditioner? There is a dealer not too far away from me that carries these. They use to carry richard gray, but not anymore. I have a rgpc 400pro right now with a rgpc 1200 on order. However since I don't really have it yet I can cancel at any given time. Although the hydra conditioner is highly acclaimed it does not run in parallel like rgpc's do.

Heres what I would want to try. What if I had my rgpc 400pro connected to the ac outlet and have a hydra plugged into the rgpc 400pro. This would allow a series parallel setup so everything on the breaker would benefit. I can't really find anything relating to this situation. Thanks

Well I bit the bullet and gave it a shot from the dealer. Its actually the step up version which is the hydra v-ray. I noticed a difference right off the bat. The imaging and noise levels improved, but at what cost? My rgpc is $800 where as the v-ray is a whopping $5000, and another few hundred on top of that for the python helix cx pwr cable. Although there was an improvement, it really is only about 10-15% better than the 400pro. I have a sneaky suspision that when I get my rgpc 1200c there will be an even better improvement than the hydra. Don't get me wrong, it is an awesome conditioner, just too much money for what it is. Plus the the rgpc can do the whole breaker and not just one ac line, and its twice as cheap. Just my $.02
