Should I upgrade to Anthem MRX 1140 ?

I have an Anthem MRX 1120 and been thinking about an upgrade to Anthem MRX 1140.
Aside from the new features are there any "improvements" in the sound that would warrant spending $4000.00 for an upgrade ?
Is there a new and improved ARC?

I don't think you'd hear any difference in sound... for $4,000 I'd work on speakers or more subs but, I don't know what speakers/subs you have now... Acoustic panels or treatments to the room will make a bigger difference than a new processor.

I do have the speakers and subs covered, Acoustics .... maybe. ARC makes very little changes to the speakers after processing. The room ratio is 1.64 to 1 with 8' ceilings.
