Should I return my 805?

Ok, So I bought my Onkyo 805 in December at Circuit City with a crazy good deal. I have till Friday to return it, if I don't want it. I never even unpacked the thing....
Here is the context: I thought I was going to buy a complete new system this January, hence I bought the Onkyo when I found a great deal. Now due to changes in my life I might be moving very soon, which stops me from buying speakers, etc. now. It looks like I won't be buying any until this summer. So my question is if I should return the 805, while I can and wait to see what cool things come out by June or so (the Emotiva LMC-2 for example) or should I just keep the 805, since I got it for a good price?

Any thoughts, comments, rude remarks and other posts are welcome. Thanks!

With that kind of an interruption I would return it but not for a store credit.

Who knows what will happen by this summer. Maybe you might need that extra cash for important things, market crash, who knows.

I own the 805 and love it; however since you have NOT opened it yet... return it and see what you might want to do in a few months. Good Luck!

Given that the price of receivers continually drop after they are released you could pick up another 805 in a few months for even less than you paid for the current one.

Unquestionably, undisputedly, inarguably RETURN the receiver!

Depends on much you paid for it. If you paid say $400 for it, don't return it. Sell it to me for $450 instead and make a nice $50 profit. Now, seriously return it. By June, there will be new receivers that will make those Onkyo look like overpriced junks.

Thanks for all your posts! I will return it tonight.

I'm living in an apartment right now and depending on where I will go to Grad School, I might be buying a house, hence I would move. And with a whole house, I don't even know how much equipment I'll put into it.

I will probably looking into getting in/onwall speakers and that sort of thing... but for now I will just see what happens.

Thanks again!
