Very good show so far but I will say episode 1 had a weird feel, poor acting and screenwriting but the show gets better with episode 2.

I think the story/writing is awesome so far. The series also looks like a high budget movie.

I remember hearing about the old Shogun series when I was a kid, but I never did see it.
