Shielding? PS3?

Does anyone know if a non-shielded speaker would affect the internal drive of the PS3? I wasn't worried about shielding due to me having an LCD but I just realized the PS3 does have a harddrive... If anyone has any clue, would appreciate any type of answer!

What type of speakers do you have and how close are they to the PS3?

It really depends on distances but I wouldn't worry too much unless they were basically touching.

I am getting Onix X-series MTM's for my front mains so I actually do not have them set up yet but I don't think they are shielded. Only x-series speaker that is sheilded I think is the center x-cs. They will be more then a foot away I would imagine...I just dont want to take any chances with a 600 dollar machine.

More than a foot away shouldn't be a problem, just make sure they are as far away as possible.
