I need help. How do I set crossover with this receiver?

Based on the information in the owner's manual (an electronic copy is available at the link here), I don't think that you can set that. I don't see it stated explicitly, but it's implied that the crossover is fixed at 80 Hz.

Thank you, I am a novice. Would I be correct in understanding that if my subwoofer manual says to set sub not to institute crossover and let the receiver do it, it will be 80?

If I'm right that the receiver has a fixed crossover at 80 Hz, then what you said is correct.

If you are using the crossover in the receiver, it's usually best to not use the crossover in the sub (just like your subwoofer manual states). Some subs will let you bypass the crossover. With subs that don't have a bypass, you'd just set the crossover frequency on the sub to the highest possible setting.
