I’m in the market for an amp to power 4 atmos speakers. I was looking around for a cheap used amp and came across a sherbourn pa 7-150. I don’t know much about them but found out more when I did some reading. So the price of the 7-150 is close to a new a500 with warranty. I like the power the 7-150 has to offer but worried if it ever breaks down, vs warranty and less power from the a500. Can anyone help me out here?

Is the Outlaw Model 5000 ($649) too much? You'd get a step up in power vs the Emo A500, without having to fret about servicing an older amp.

I live in Canada so that amp shipped is $955 cdn plus duties taxes ect at the boarder, so most likely $1100. The a500 I could get for $800 to my door. The pa 7-125 is $850 used. I can also get the a-700 emotiva for $909 local this weekend.
