Shanling PCD 300A vs Marantz CD5003

Now that I have ordered fancy headphones (AKG K701s), I want to convert them into an extremely excellent sounding stand-alone system. There are a lot of headphone amps on the market which can be used with any CD player, but I would prefer both in a single chassis.
The only two products like this that I have found so far are the Shanling PCD 300A ($500) and the Marantz CD5003 ($350). Has anyone here heard both to know if the $150 price difference is worth it? Are there other products for me to look at in that same ballpark, pricewise (CD player and high quality headphone amp in one box)?

You have a good choice of headphone amps here

I particularly recommend the Creek products, they are beautifully made and engineered. The $225 one has two headphone jacks, so you could buy another set of phones and listen with your girl friend!

Thanks, but all of those require a source! I was looking for something with the CD player included.
