sell me a new blu ray player

Wow! It's a good thing you weren't around 4 years ago when $500 was a budget blu-ray player! Oh wait, you were. You HAVE a Blu-ray player that's old enough to be seem slow to load (I'm in the same boat). What year is yours?? What brand?

It's a sony from about 3 years ago. I think. Maybe 4. It's outdated anyways.

The Samsung BD-D6700 got great reviews and is said to have the top-of-the-line streaming. I think it was a 2011 model, not sure what they call the 2012 model.

Do give a listen to cambridge 650bd. It will play anything you load in the tray and the analog section sounds amazing. Little pricey but whenever I pop a great blu ray movie in the tray or a great recording I am still impressed after a year with it. I've heard my speakers on lesser players and have to say it is worth its every penny because of how good the analog section sounds alone.
