I've heard it at my work...
It is nothing special. It sounds like any other generic speaker that you can buy to make your ipod louder. The Vacuum tube does nothing for it except increase the price. Honestly, it sounds okay but at that price you are better off buying bookshelves and a stereo amp

Hi, Frankie. I don't know about the wireless part, but you can get other tube-based systems for iPods. You can check out Fatman, Sonic Integrity, and Roth for some other systems.
