No, the Mackie is a pro amp, designed for use in big PA system that require a lot of power to come from a little bit of rack space.

Right, that amp can power those huge Peavey dual 18" PA style speakers with the massive horns. I was at a swim club party on July 4th, and they had a set. They were about 6' tall. Those two speakers filled an area about 5 football fields. They were facing in different directions, and still had bass. That amp should be able to drive the two SDA/SRS towers, as well as heat the house.

Acurus 200x3 to SDS-SRA

I have been running an Acurus 200 watt by 3 channel for the SDS-SRA fronts and center channel. It does a good job I feel. You will go deaf if you turn up the volume much. It was not a real pricey amp.

I have heard that the aragon palladium II (400 watt) monoblock in matched pairs is great for power hungry speakers. msrp was around 6K a pair, but prices have dropped since they are out of production. I looked at these recently and found them for sale for 3000 a pair, but can't recall the website. I found the site via google in about 20 minutes.

Buckeyefan, but will it be enough to bring out that pure cowbell sound? ;)
