Rotel Multi-Room Hell !!!

I just got my Rotel multi-room system RMZ-955 Multi-Room Control System back from service. I have a zone that no longer works and the unit is no longer sending signals to the tuner or CD. The company did not fix anything.

My RCC-935 (5 disc CD changer) sometimes does not work. I think I can find one of those on the internet as well.

I have sent several messages to the Rotel site. No response.

I don't want to change my system.

I am looking for some replacements units for the RMZ-955 Multi-Room Control system and RCC-935 CD player. While i am at it. Keypad (RKP-901) and remote sensors (RSM-901).

Some good news

Rotel support has responded today and the wheels are in motion. I will be shipping the units down to Boston for repair. They do still support their products. This is all positive. I will post later on the results of the repair.

I am still interested in used multi-room RMZ-955 or RCC-835 CD units.

Some great news.

The gang at Rotel did the once over on my equipment and I am glad to say everything is back up and working just fine. I am still interested in replacement components. RMZ-955, RCC-935.
