Rotator Cuff Surgery... Still Not Fun

Both of my shoulder's sound like rice krispies. My left one hurts a little more each month and is starting to try to pop out of place sometimes on the bike. I haven't lifted weights in a year now and I'm not sure if that is good or bad.
Every single time I have been injured {many many times, pulled biceps off twice, tore hammys, broke ankle doing squats, ect} it was after talking a break and getting back under the plates... Never hurt if I keep working out as soon as I stop and get back in something breaks...

Getting slammed on my left shoulder from a throw hurt my rotator cuff. I do strengthen it with resistance bands. The shoulders are the gateway to the upper body.

I feel for you I have had 3 shoulder surgeries and they are terrible
Thanks. You're right. Not my first rodeo either, and shoulders seem to take a loooong time to recover. Right about the pillow, too. Helps a lot! Haven't tried heat... use cold. May have to give that a try.

.410 make good snake guns. Much easier on the shoulder too!
Agree. Have a couple, and some 28s I use for Sporting Clays, but they were all in the safe. Only a 9 and a 12 were handy... went w/ the 12. ;)

Though mine was the result of an old motorcycle wreck, I found out rotator cuff problem is not uncommon as we gents age a bit. Hell, I guess just add it to the list.

Heat is only good after the cuts are healed, warming with open wounds will promote infection, but the pad vibrates and helped me a lot, after my incisions closed I used the heat after and before therapy to loosen everything up. I have an 11lb bicep hanging from my shoulder lol, so every time I moved I could feel it constantly pulling even with the sling.... I wish shoulders were like hips and knees where they could just make me a couple new ones and be done with it, but no such luck...
