Boy does this suk!! This other house, the builder plot the lot and it seems that I will barely have a back yard, even if they off-set more towards the front of the lot (front yard).
So there really is no other house by this builder that I really care for.
With all this being said, I told the homebuilder I wanted my earnest money back.
Told the wife that we're just going to go with our original plan and go forward w/ it. So the front room (living / dining) 19' x 20' total, I am just going to build there. In the end, my payments staying put, I will be 1100.00 less per month on mortgage!! LOL!!
