I've had my DS-50's for a few years, and they're fantastic! Hooked up with my Alesis QS8, they sound fantastic.
I wondered, since I do a lot of editing and engineering with music on my computer, how they might sound on my Dell E521, with the SoundBlaster X-Fi sound card.
When I connect them via the 1/4" male to the monitor/1/8" male to the sound card, I get nothing. I realize these are digital monitors, and I suppose I should connect them that way (digital/digital), but I don't know EXACTLY what kind of cable is my best option.
