I remember first seeing her on the sitcom E/R. She played Nurse Joan Thor. Her character was diagnosed with Hodgkin's disease in one episode and I was really moved by her performance and I became a fan. I enjoyed seeing her continue to work over the years and enjoyed seeing her as Berta along with so many others. Long runs on hit shows are a dream come true for actresses of a certain age and I hope she enjoyed it. Rest in Peace talented lady.
