RF to 13 pin DIN connector adaptor?

Is there such a thing? My car stereo died but my changer didn't, so I want to connect my new stereo to the old changer, is it possible? Thanks, Chris

I'm not a car stereo expert but I strongly doubt it.

This sounds like trying to convert an RF video signal into a yellow composite video signal and two analog audio signals. People have asked and that can't be done without some kinda hardware, like a VCR.
