I have a big water feeder for the birds made of concrete but is deteriorating. I was thinking fill in the gaps with concrete mix, but is there a concrete glaze that can be poured over the entire surface?

Or just Google lol. Looks like gap fill and hydraulic cement and tung oil for the outer layer.

In my experience nothing works on deteriorating concrete. I find the only option is destroy and start from scratch.
