remote sensor for Closet setup.

Hello to all,

I am having trouble trying to figure out what type of IR extender I need to use. I have my component set up in a hallway closet and have the harmony880 remote(I know I should have bought the 890). the componets are set on shelf system and I need several IR extenders. What would be the best option for me and within a reasonable price. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I don't know what you consider 'reasonable'. IMO, the best lower priced system out there is Xantech. You build it pc by pc based on what you need.

I use the HotLink Pro product by Microsmith in both my den where the equipment is in a cabinet and in my Home Theater where the equipment is in the rear of the room. It work flawlessly and is reasonably priced if it fits your needs.. You can extend the distance from the eye to the emitters but you do need a coax or cat5 wire. Call and talk to them - they have excellent customer service and will help you find the right solution.
