REL HT 1205 impressions

Thinking of using REL HT/1205 sub's in my new home theater build - instead of using 2 SVS-SB2000 subwoofers.

Anyone with their own impressions of the REL HT/1205's? Thanks.

On paper these subs are pretty similar. I don't think you will find too many people who have the REL subs in their possession yet. My guess is you may not notice a huge difference in practice.

I did a demo of the HT 1205 vs T/9i in my house. Ended up purchasing the T/9i as a thought they sounded slightly better for music (also liked the fact they are a relatively compact sub). I have a home theater system but prioritize music over HT. I thought bot REL's were an improvement over my DEF TECH 15+ year old subs. Got they REL's when they were on sale.
