Refurbished Pioneer Elite VSX-52TX for $395, thats including shipping. Does anybody think this is worth it or should I not get refurbished products? Thanks in Advance!

.....I would call and talk to whomever, concerning the particular unit in which you are interested....I would ask what was wrong and make them assure me it was fixed and ready for quality service.......

I'd rather see you shop online for a new Pioneer 1015TX which is basically a rebadged 52TX with a full warranty. Should be about the same price. The shipping would make up for the warranty, should something go wrong.TBoneSTL said:

Forgot to add, even though I am looking for a THX Ultra2. (see signature below) Mainly because, the upcoming HT room will be fairly large.
But by no means am I knocking the power of the 1015tx.
And I would not get a Ultra2, until prices come way down, or I find one for a super deal...
